Hourly rates:
Residential On-site: $65/hr
Residential Remote Support per incident+: $50
Residential In-office repair rate: $50/hr (most repairs completed within 1-2 hours or per flat-rate fee)

+Rate covers most incidents. Some events may require additional support solutions which are billed on an hourly basis. Residential Remote Support monthly subscriptions available.

Business Rates:
On-site: $100/hr (2 hour minimum charge)
Remote support per incident: $75/hr
Professional 24-hour support & remote support monthly subscriptions available.
