Hey loyal followers… I was contacted this morning and it was requested of me to investigate an on-going real-estate scam. Apparently multiple parties that own or work for smaller real estate firms have been approached in what appears to be a phishing scam. We are unsure at this time the actual goal of the scammers and we will post updates as more from the investigation unfolds. Please feel free to contact me (Dennis) to report your own claims or experiences.

At the request of the Business named in the scam we will not post the e-mails or any information about the company who’s identity is being falsely used. If you receive e-mail communications regarding the potential sale of a property and 25%+ referral fee with the buyer or investor being international, please pay CLOSE attention to these communication messages. This is IN FACT a potential scam.

We are unclear as to the end goal of this potential scam, however, it appears to be close to one listed on CNN Money as a mortgage scam. Please see the below URL for more information.
